Kihei, Wailea, Makena

Follow though the popular beach town of Kihei, and the upmarket resort area of Wailea through to one of Maui’s most popular beaches – Makena. Stop for a swim or some whale watching at Big Beach with its open sandy expanse and views to Molokini and the uninhabited island of Kahoolawe. Continue on your own through lava rock outflows to LaPerouse Bay, the scene of Maui’s last volcanic event.
