Vancouver - Hope: The Fraser Valley

This tour is available in

Driving time: approximately 1 1/2 hours – traffic dependent.

This is the connection between the city of Vancouver and the rest of the interior of British Columbia through the town of Hope.  Travel between the wet costal mountains and the flat fertile plain that is the lower mainland.  Vancouver’s boundaries expand deep into the Fraser Valley and even see the giant 3000m Mt Baker located in Washington State, USA.

Along the way, follow GyPSy Guide to take the scenic sidetrip to Harrison Hot Springs - you might even decide to stay for a night.

Traveling east bound, once we reach Hope we will have a selection of routes to continue on. If arriving into Vancouver, the mountains will give way to farming and then a gradual urban build up as GyPSy Guide leads you to downtown Vancouver or to the airport.

  • Harrison Hotsprings
