Kamloops - Jasper: Connecting the Interior to the Northern Rockies

One of the more remote stretches of road in central BC is Highway 5, connecting Jasper and the Rocky Mountain National Parks with Kamloops and the interior of British Columbia. Pass the Rockies biggest mountain and some of the world’s best heli-ski accessed snow playground. Pause and reflect at the viewpoints overlooking the mountain dedicated to one of Canada's bravest and most inspirational legends - Terry Fox.
This is a relaxing, long drive through forest and mountains that will make you feel like a true explorer. Take a side trip from Clearwater into the unexpectedly spectacular Wells Gray Park. Just 45 minutes north from Kamloops is the alpine resort of Sun Peaks.
